I completed my studies at the University of Berlin in March 2012.
Having lived in Portugal and Germany, I consider working and living in different countries an important benefit for my personal experience. I believe UK offer excellence in best current veterinarian practice, and became my first choice in view of its ample spectrum of clinical cases and services and its offering the opportunity to work with a highly qualified team.
As my hands-on experience during practical training has shown, I am able to properly perform under pressure, adapt myself easily as part of a team, and deliver an accurate and thorough work. Ambition, enthusiasm and inquisitiveness support me in achieving my objectives. I have also regularly participated in routine and emergency procedures at the small animal clinic at the Berlin University in my own free time to gain further practical experience. I am certain your team will benefit from the experience I have gained in Germany and the joy I have in my work. During the rotation program I also completed a 2-month externship in Referral Medicine and Surgery at the University Teaching Hospital of Sydney, Australia, and have greatly profited from working in such a prestigious clinic.
I spent a few years working as a chemist, but I look forward being a good veterinary surgeon.
Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to hearing from you.
