NOTTINGHAM – Our client a 100% SA practice are looking for a permanent Senior vet to join their team!
You will be a key participant in the running of our dynamic and forward thinking clinic.Our clients Senior Vets (SVs) are key members of the local leadership team, responsible for supporting the overall direction and clinical culture of the business. Reporting to the Clinical Director they will oversee the day to day clinical practices in to successfully deliver our clientsclinical, customer, commercial and cultural ambitions.

You will lead from the front
Recruit and retain a high performing vet team
Develop the clinical team
Ensure the every customer receives the gold standard treatment
Ensure exceptional clinical standards
Support the operational management

You are a first class vet with a firm understanding of the importance of diagnostic first approach. You enjoy engaging with the clients and their pets and understand the benefit of augmenting the owner-pet bond. As an experienced coach and mentor, you will inspire confidence in the clients and your team.
You are keen to continually improve your professional knowledge and experience and are an excellent communicator, understanding that educating pet owners about their pets' welfare is just as important as providing high quality treatment.

Being only a short drive from the motorway, the practice is located in a highly commutable areaof Nottingham.The city of Nottingham holds not only the legend of Robin Hood and the castle but lots of historical landmarks, as well astrendy restaurants and bars for those all important rest days.
